The MRR installed here is location at the Plymouth Marine Laboratory and has been operating since 27 August 2019. It is a MMR-Pro version, collecting data every 10 seconds over 128x 35m range bins, thus providing information on precipitation up to 4445m. Images are updated here every hour.
Another MRR (a MMR2) is located at Lews Castle College, University of the Highlands and Islands and has been operating since 15 June 2015. This MMR collects data every minute over 30x 100m range bins providing information on precipitation up to 3000m. Images are updated every 10 minutes and are available on the Lews Castle MRR Twitter feed.
The dates on the lefthand side provide links to daily summary images, while the small hourly thunbmnail images link through to quick-look images for that hour.
